How many days does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 5–6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, please allow up to 8-12 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Yes — within 12 hours of placing the order by emailing care@navecci.com. After that, your piece enters production and cannot be modified.

What if I ordered a made-to-order or pre-order item?

These items will have longer dispatch timelines mentioned on the product page and cannot be cancelled once production begins.

Can I request express shipping?

Not at this time. We’re a small-batch label dedicated to thoughtful making and careful handling. Express delivery is something we’re working on. If you need your order sooner, please reach out at support@navecci.com — we’ll do our best to make it happen for you.

Can I combine two separate orders?

If placed within a few hours and not yet shipped, email us at care@navecci.com. We’ll do our best to combine them into a single delivery.

Do you offer international shipping?

Not yet. Navecci currently ships only within India. International delivery will be available in the future — sign up to our newsletter for updates.

Is domestic shipping free?

Yes — we offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders. In rare cases where a location is outside courier coverage, our team will contact you with alternatives.

Which courier services do you use?

We work with Blue Dart, Delhivery, or DTDC, depending on serviceability in your area.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary slightly by location and public holidays. While some orders may reach you in as little as 3–4 days, we prefer not to make promises we can’t keep.


  • Standard timeline: Orders are dispatched within our production cycle, and once shipped, they typically arrive in 7–10 business days.

  • Total turnaround: From order placement to delivery, please allow 12–16 business days.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes — as soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.

Do you ship to remote pin codes?

Yes, we service most locations in India. In rare cases, remote areas may need additional time or coordination. If any issues arise, we’ll reach out directly.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?
  • Log in to account.navecci.com with the email used for your order.
  • Go to Order History and select the order you’d like to return.
  • Click Request Return and provide the reason.
  • Choose whether to use our prepaid return label or self-ship with your own courier.
  • Once approved, you’ll receive the return label or self-ship instructions.
  • Pack the item securely in its original condition and ship it back.
  • After we receive and verify the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Which items are not returnable?
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Customized, altered, or hemmed garments
  • Intimate or hygiene-sensitive products (if applicable)
  • Gift cards or vouchers
  • Mentioned on product as Non-Returnable
Can I exchange for a different size?

We don’t process direct exchanges at this time — but changing your size is simple.

Just place a return, and once approved, you can reorder your preferred size right away.

If the size you want isn’t available, no worries — you can always request a refund instead, processed back to your original payment method.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

What if my return doesn’t qualify?

If your return is not approved, we’ll notify you. The item can either be returned to you at your cost or discarded after 14 days.

🧵 Product, Fabric & Care

What fabrics do you use?

We use earth-kind materials such as:

  • Eucalyptus-infused Blends
  • Bamboo
  • Tencel
  • Tencel Signature Blends
  • Premium muslin
    These are breathable, skin-friendly, and sculptural in form. Each product page specifies the fabric used.
Are your fabrics pre-shrunk or colorfast?

All Navecci fabrics are dyed with Azo-free, low-impact dyes, chosen for both safety and longevity. Our colors are fast and pre-treated to reduce shrinkage, yet every fabric has its own nature — in rare cases, a little excess dye may release during the first wash. This is natural and not a defect.

For extra care, you may opt for dry cleaning the first wash, even for garments safe for hand or machine wash. After that, simply follow the care label — and wash dark or saturated shades separately.

How should I care for Navecci garments?
  • Hand wash or gentle machine wash in cold water.
  • Use only mild, chemical-free detergent — no bleach or harsh chemicals.
  • Do not wring or tumble dry.
  • Dry flat in shade.
  • Steam or low-heat iron only — for best results, iron garments inside out (especially embroidered pieces) to preserve detail and increase longevity.
  • Always check the care tag for garment-specific guidance
Will the fabric crease or wrinkle?

Our fabrics are soft, breathable, and entirely natural — free from synthetics. This means they move with you, and at times may form gentle folds or creases. These are not imperfections, but part of the fabric’s living character.

To care: simply steam or light iron to smooth them out. For storage, you may place butter paper in folds to help preserve shape. With the right care, your garment will soften and grow more beautiful with wear.

📐 Fit & Sizing

How do I know my correct size?

Every product page includes a detailed size chart and fit notes. If you need help, email support@navecci.com for personalized assistance.

Do you offer custom sizing or tailoring?

Not at this time. We currently offer only standard sizes — but we’re exploring custom-fit options for the future.

🎁 Packaging & Gifting

 Is your packaging eco-conscious?

Yes. Navecci uses plastic-free, recyclable, and minimalist packaging — designed to be elegant and earth-kind.

Can I send a Navecci item as a gift?

Absolutely. At checkout, mark the order as a gift. We’ll exclude the invoice and include a blank note card upon request.

Will you offer premium gift wrapping?

Soon. We’re working on elevated gift upgrades like custom ribbons, printed cards, and hand-wrapped boxes.

⚠️ Delivery Issues & Damages

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Email support@navecci.com within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos and a short description. If valid, we’ll send a replacement (if available) or issue a full refund. All return costs will be covered by us.

What if my order says “delivered” but I haven’t received it?

We understand how stressful this can feel. Once a package is marked delivered by the courier, Navecci is not liable for theft or loss — but we’ll always do our best to support you.

Here’s what you can do right away:

  • Double-check that your shipping address is secure and accessible.
  • Contact your local courier office with the tracking number.
  • Reach out to us at support@navecci.com — our team will help investigate with the courier wherever possible.
My parcel was returned due to failed delivery. What now?

If a package is repeatedly undeliverable or refused, it may affect our ability to ship future orders to that address. Once the item returns to us, we’ll contact you — and you can request re-shipment by covering the additional courier charges.
