1. Introduction

Welcome to Navecci. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.navecci.com (“Site”) and your purchase of products from Navecci and Company (“Navecci”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or shopping on our Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Site.

2. Ownership & Intellectual Property

This Site is owned and operated by Navecci and Company, a registered business in India.
All content — including text, designs, images, and logos — is the intellectual property of Navecci, protected under copyright, design, and trademark laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without written permission.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older (or have parental consent) to make purchases on this Site.

4. Accounts & Responsibilities

  • If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, updated details and keep your login credentials secure.

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account. Navecci is not liable for unauthorized access or misuse.

  • Navecci may suspend accounts showing fraud, abuse, or repeated COD refusals.

5. Orders & Payments

a) Placing Orders
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase under these Terms. Orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability.

b) Payments
We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and PCI-DSS compliant gateways (e.g., Razorpay, PayPal).
All prices are in INR. International customers bear customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees.

c) Order Confirmation & Cancellation

  • You will receive an email confirming your order. This is an acknowledgment, not final acceptance.

  • Navecci may cancel/refuse orders due to stock issues, suspected fraud, or errors.

  • Customers may request cancellation within 12 hours of ordering via care@navecci.com.

  • Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled, but may be returned under our policy.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is subject to our Shipping & Returns Policy (incorporated into these Terms).

  • Domestic: Free shipping in India. Processing 5–6 business days, delivery 7–10 business days post-dispatch (total approx. 12–16 business days).

  • International: Shipping calculated at checkout. Delivery 10–15 business days after dispatch. Customers bear duties/taxes.

  • Delays: Navecci is not liable for courier delays, customs holds, or force majeure events (natural disasters, unrest, strikes, pandemics, etc.).

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy. Highlights:

  • Eligible returns/exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact.

  • Sale, altered/customized, or non-returnable items cannot be returned.

  • Domestic: Navecci provides a prepaid return label (subject to 3 free returns per 2-month period per customer/address).

  • International: Customer pays return costs unless the item was defective/incorrect.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection to the original payment method.

  • Exchanges are treated as returns + new orders. The applicable price at reorder applies. Defective/incorrect items are replaced at the original purchase price.

8. Product Information & Tolerances

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, sizes, and images. However:

  • Minor differences of ±2 cm in measurements are normal in handcrafted garments.

  • Colors may vary slightly due to dye lots, lighting, or screen settings.

  • Such tolerances are not considered defects.

  • Conventional materials (polyester thread, zippers, buttons) may be used for durability.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your data is collected, used, and protected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

  • Navecci is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages from your use of our Site or products.

  • Navecci is not responsible for losses or delays caused by events outside our control (courier failures, strikes, political unrest, natural disasters, etc.).

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate addresses and information. Issues due to incorrect data are not Navecci’s liability.

11. Errors & Corrections

While we aim for accuracy, occasional typographical, pricing, or availability errors may occur.
Navecci reserves the right to correct errors, update details, or cancel orders impacted (with refunds if applicable).

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Punjab, India.
All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Patiala, Punjab.

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will be posted with a revised date.
Continued use of the Site means acceptance of updates.

14. Severability & Waiver

If any part of these Terms is held invalid, the rest remain enforceable.
Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
