1 Introduction

Welcome to Navecci. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.navecci.com (“Site”) and your purchase of products from Navecci and Company (“Navecci”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing or shopping on our Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Site.

2 Ownership & Intellectual Property

This Site is owned and operated by Navecci and Company, a registered business in India.

All content—including text, designs, images and logos—is the intellectual property of Navecci and is protected under applicable copyright, design and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any material without prior written permission.

3 Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to make purchases on this Site.

4 Accounts & Responsibilities

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and updated information and to keep your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. Navecci is not liable for unauthorized access or misuse resulting from a failure to protect your account details.

Navecci may suspend or restrict accounts showing suspected fraud, misuse, abuse or repeated policy violations.

5 Orders & Payments

a) Placing Orders

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase products under these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability.

b) Payments

We accept major credit and debit cards, UPI and PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways, including Razorpay and PayPal where available.

All prices are displayed in INR unless otherwise stated. International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes and clearance fees.

c) Order Confirmation & Cancellation

You will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. This confirmation is an acknowledgment and does not constitute final acceptance of the order.

Navecci may cancel or refuse an order because of stock issues, suspected fraud, payment concerns, pricing errors or other inaccuracies.

Orders cannot be cancelled.

6 Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is subject to our Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Domestic Shipping: Standard shipping is complimentary across India unless otherwise stated. As each order is processed, inspected and packed with care, please allow 5–6 business days for processing. Once dispatched, delivery ordinarily takes 7–10 business days. The total estimated timeline is approximately 12–16 business days.

International Shipping: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Delivery ordinarily takes approximately 10–15 business days after dispatch. Customers are responsible for applicable duties, taxes and customs-clearance charges.

Delays: Navecci is not liable for delays caused by courier operations, customs holds or events outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, civil unrest, strikes, political disturbances, pandemics or similar force-majeure events.

7 Returns, Store Credit & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy. Key terms include:

• Eligible returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery on eligible full-priced products only.
• Applicable courier, processing or other non-refundable charges may be deducted.
• Approved preference-based returns are issued as NAVECCI store credit.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned with all original tags, labels and packaging intact.
• Sale or discounted products, customized or altered items, made-to-order pieces and garments that have been worn, washed or used are not eligible for preference-based return or exchange.
• For eligible domestic returns, Navecci may provide a prepaid reverse-pickup label, subject to a limit of three complimentary approved returns or exchanges per customer, account, household or delivery address within a rolling two-month period.
• International customers are responsible for return shipping, customs charges, duties, taxes and related costs.
• Approved store credit is generally processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item passes inspection.
• Exchanges are processed as a return followed by a new order. The price applicable at the time of reorder will apply.

8 Product Information & Tolerances

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, sizes, measurements and images accurately. However:

• Minor differences of up to ±2 cm in individual garment measurements are normal in handcrafted garments.
• Colours may vary slightly because of fabric dye lots, lighting, photography or screen settings.
• These normal tolerances will not be considered defects.
• Conventional components, including polyester thread, zippers or buttons, may be used where required for construction, functionality and durability.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, stored and protected.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Navecci will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the Site or products.
• Navecci is not responsible for losses, interruptions or delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including courier failures, strikes, political unrest and natural disasters.
• Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate addresses, contact information and delivery details. Issues caused by incorrect information are not Navecci’s responsibility.

11 Errors & Corrections

While we aim to keep all information accurate, occasional typographical, pricing, technical, inventory or availability errors may occur.

Navecci reserves the right to correct errors, update details, withdraw incorrectly listed offers or cancel orders affected by inaccuracies. Where applicable, the amount paid will be handled in accordance with the relevant policy and applicable requirements.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to any rights or forums available under applicable consumer-protection law, all other disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Patiala, Punjab.

13 Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14 Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

Any failure by Navecci to enforce a provision at a particular time does not waive its right to enforce that provision later.
