Shipping & Returns Policy

Effective Date: 1 September 2025


1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 5–6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of order confirmation.

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

  • During capsule launches or sales, processing may take up to 8 business days. We will notify you of any delays by email.


2. Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Carriers: Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, or other trusted partners.

  • Charges: Free shipping within India on all orders.

  • Delivery Time: 7–10 business days after dispatch (total: approx. 12–16 business days).

  • Remote Areas: Additional time may be required.

  • Delays: Navecci is not liable for courier/weather/political delays, but we will assist with tracking and resolution.


3. International Shipping

  • Regions: Select destinations (availability shown at checkout).

  • Charges: Calculated at checkout.

  • Duties & Taxes: Customer’s responsibility — vary by country.

  • Delivery Time: 10–15 business days after dispatch (total: 15–21 business days with customs).

  • Tracking: Provided post-dispatch; parcels trackable via your national postal service after customs.


4. Pre-orders / Made-to-Order Items

  • Extended dispatch timelines are clearly noted on product pages.

  • Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.

  • Other terms (returns, shipping, exchanges) still apply.


5. Returns & Exchanges — Eligibility

  • Window: Request within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Sale/discounted items

    • Customized/altered/hemmed garments

    • Intimates or hygiene-sensitive products

    • Gift cards or vouchers

  • Tolerances: Variances up to ±2 cm or subtle color shifts (due to dye lots/lighting/screens) are not defects.


6. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Submit your request via the Navecci Account Portal using your checkout email.

  2. Once approved, receive a prepaid label (domestic) or instructions (international).

  3. Only one prepaid label per request is issued; unauthorized returns may be refused.

  4. Pack securely — preferably in original packaging — with the invoice inside.


7. Refunds

  • Method: Refunds issued to the original payment method. COD refunds go to bank/UPI provided by you.

  • Timeline: 5–7 business days after inspection (banks may take longer to reflect).

  • Non-Refundables: Original shipping, COD fees, payment gateway charges, gift wrap.

  • Inspection: Returns with stains, odors, or missing tags may be rejected or refunded less hygiene/restoration fees.


8. Exchanges

  • Processed as returns + new orders.

  • The price at reorder applies.

  • Defective/incorrect items are replaced at the original purchase price.

  • Promotions or flash discounts apply only if live at the time of reorder.


9. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

  • Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of:

    • the product,

    • inner tags,

    • outer packaging/label.

  • Late/incomplete claims may be declined.

  • If approved, Navecci covers return shipping and provides a replacement, refund, or store credit.


10. Complimentary Returns & Fair Use

  • Navecci covers domestic return shipping, capped at 3 returns per customer/account/address within 2 months.

  • Accounts showing abusive patterns (e.g., worn returns, repeated COD refusals) may have free returns or COD disabled.

  • International: Customers pay return costs (unless item defective/incorrect).


11. Non-Delivery, Refusals & RTO

  • If an order is undeliverable, refused, or repeatedly not accepted:

    • Navecci may deduct two-way shipping/COD fees from refunds.

    • COD eligibility may be revoked for repeated refusals.


12. Responsibility After Delivery

  • Once marked “delivered” by courier, Navecci is not liable for theft, loss, or misdelivery (unless courier error).

  • Customers must provide accurate, secure addresses at checkout.

  • Redelivery of RTO parcels may incur additional fees.


13. Information Accuracy & Errors

  • While we strive for accuracy, errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability may occur.

  • Navecci reserves the right to correct details or cancel orders impacted by inaccuracies (with refunds if applicable).

  • In case of conflict, product-page conditions prevail.


14. Policy Updates & Disputes

  • This Policy may be updated without notice; the latest version applies at the time of your request.

  • Navecci’s quality-check decision is final on all returns.

  • Governed by the laws of Punjab, India. Courts at Patiala, Punjab hold exclusive jurisdiction.
