🚚 Shipping & Returns Policy
Effective Date: 1 September 2025
1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 5–6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of order confirmation.
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
- During high-volume periods (such as capsule launches or sales), processing may take up to 8 business days. We will notify you of any expected delays.
2. Domestic Shipping (India)
- Carriers: We ship via Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, or other trusted partners depending on serviceability.
- Charges: Shipping within India is free on all orders.
- Delivery Time: After dispatch, orders usually arrive within 7–10 business days. Total time from order to delivery is approx. 12–16 business days.
- Remote Areas: Additional time may be required for certain pin codes.
- Delays: Navecci is not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, or events beyond our control — but we will assist with tracking and resolution.
3. International Shipping
- Regions: Select international destinations (availability shown at checkout).
- Charges: Calculated at checkout based on delivery address.
- Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees in their country.
- Delivery Time: After dispatch, typically 10–15 business days; total 15–21 business days depending on customs.
- Tracking: Provided after dispatch; parcels can often be tracked via your national postal system after customs clearance.
4. Pre-orders or Made-to-Order Items
- Extended dispatch timelines will be clearly noted on product pages.
- Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.
- All other terms (returns, exchanges, shipping) apply unless otherwise stated.
5. Returns & Exchanges — Eligibility
- Window: Request within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Sale/discounted products
- Customized/altered/hemmed garments
- Intimate or hygiene-sensitive items
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Tolerances: Minor variances up to ±2 cm in measurements or subtle color differences (due to dye lots, lighting, or screen settings) are normal and not considered defects.
6. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Submit your request via the Navecci Account Portal using the email used at checkout.
- Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label (domestic) or instructions (international).
- Only one prepaid label is issued per request; unauthorized returns may be refused.
- Pack securely, ideally in original packaging, with the invoice inside.
7. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method. COD refunds are processed to bank/UPI details provided by you.
- Timeline: 5–7 business days after inspection. Banks may take longer to reflect credit.
- Non-Refundables: Original shipping, COD fees, payment gateway charges, and gift wrap (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
- If returns fail inspection (e.g., stains, odors, missing tags), we may reject them or deduct a hygiene/restoration fee.
8. Exchanges
- Exchanges follow the same approval/inspection process.
- All exchanges are processed as returns followed by a new order. The price applicable at the time of reorder will apply. Defective or incorrect items will be replaced at the original purchase price. Temporary promotions or flash discounts apply only to new purchases made during the offer period; they do not apply retroactively to earlier orders.
9. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
- Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the item, inner tags, and outer packaging/label.
- Late or incomplete claims may be declined.
- If approved, we cover return shipping and provide either replacement, refund, or store credit.
10. Complimentary Returns & Fair Use
- Navecci covers return shipping within India, capped at three returns per customer account and address within a rolling two-month period.
- Accounts showing abusive patterns (e.g., repeated COD refusals, worn returns) may have future labels declined or COD disabled.
- International customers bear return costs (unless damaged/incorrect).
11. Non-Delivery, Refusals & RTO (Return to Origin)
- If an order is undeliverable, refused, or repeatedly not accepted, Navecci may deduct two-way shipping/COD charges from refunds.
- Customers with repeated refusals may lose COD eligibility.
12. Responsibility After Delivery
- Once marked “delivered” by the courier, Navecci is not liable for theft, incorrect delivery, or loss, unless due to courier error.
- Customers must provide a correct, secure address at checkout.
- If a parcel is returned due to failed delivery attempts, redelivery may incur fees.
13. Information Accuracy & Errors
- While we strive for accuracy, typographical, pricing, or availability errors may occur.
- Navecci reserves the right to correct details or cancel orders impacted by such errors (with full refund where applicable).
- In case of inconsistency, product-page conditions (e.g., “non-returnable”) prevail.
14. Policy Updates & Disputes
- This Policy may be updated without prior notice; the version on our website at the time of your request applies.
- All returns are subject to Navecci’s final quality-check decision.
- This Policy is governed by the laws of Punjab, India.
- Courts at Patiala, Punjab shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
